Kolkata, July 12 (CRICKETNMORE) : West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday congratulated India women's team captain Mithali Raj on becoming the leading run-getter in One-day Internationals (ODI), going past England player Charlotte Edwards record of 5992 ODI runs.
