The Supreme Court has revealed that N.Srinivasan has been named on the report on spot-Fixing scandal.  The report has 12 other prominent cricketers in it. Earlier Srinivasan had filed an affidavit asking court to reinstitute him as he has not done anything wrong.
The court has not inclined to order the CBI or SIT probe in to the allegations as it would sully the reputation of the cricket in the country and harm image of the board. Further
On the recommendation of IPL’s Interim President Sunil Gavaskar, the court has allowed the IPL’s Chief Operating officer, Sunda Raman to continue to work at the post.
The court has also asked the BCCI to respond that how it will further investigate the spot-fixing and betting allegations.  "We cannot close our eyes after having come to know about the allegations," the two-judge bench said. The next hearing is on 22nd April.
N.Srinivasan for the mean time has been removed from the BCCI’s president’s post for the fair investigation in to the matter. Further the bench agreed to hear BCCI's plea seeking tapes of conversation between Mudgal committee Srinivasan and Mahendra Singh Dhoni
