Sept. 17 (CRICKETNMORE) - West Indies legend, Chris Gayle became the first man to hit 100 sixes in T20 International cricket. He reached this milestone against England during the sole T20 match of the series at Chester-le-Street on Saturday. Gayle smashed 40 off 21 balls which include 4 sixes.

Gayle who is leading the tally of most sixes in the shortest format of the game took 52 innings to completes his century of sixes in T20I cricket. He now has 103 sixes.
