WATCH: Virat Kohli & Indian Fans Exhibit Annoyance After Skip's 'Lack Of Conclusive Evidence' Dismissal
In the ongoing 2nd test match between India & New Zealand, India is struggling at the moment after 3 quick wickets by NZ spinner Ajaz Patel. However, Virat Kohli's dismissal has attracted the anger & confusion of many fans.
On the last ball of the 30th over, Ajaz Patel pitched a straight delivery on the full length and Kohli went forward to defend the ball. The ball went towards between bat & pad and seemed to hit the pad and bat at the same time. The on-field umpire adjudged the Indian captain 'out' and Kohli immediately reviewed it. The third umpire after watching the replay multiple times said, 'Ball and bat and pad appears to be together. I don't have any conclusive evidence to overturn that.'
