In the ongoing 2nd test match between India & New Zealand, India is struggling at the moment after 3 quick wickets by NZ spinner Ajaz Patel. However, Virat Kohli's dismissal has attracted the anger & confusion of many fans.

On the last ball of the 30th over, Ajaz Patel pitched a straight delivery on the full length and Kohli went forward to defend the ball. The ball went towards between bat & pad and seemed to hit the pad and bat at the same time. The on-field umpire adjudged the Indian captain 'out' and Kohli immediately reviewed it. The third umpire after watching the replay multiple times said, 'Ball and bat and pad appears to be together. I don't have any conclusive evidence to overturn that.'

As Kohli was walking back towards the dressing room, we saw several fans at the stadium shouting their hearts out in anger over this decision. The Indian team in the dressing room also looked disheartened with this unfortunate dismissal.

Virat Kohli also displayed his displeasure as he was walking towards the pavilion. He smacked his bat on the advertisement on the boundary rope as he crossed it. Later, he was seen smiling on the balcony with his hand on his head, soaking in the bad fortunes that have been a constant part of the legend's career. 

While talking about the match, India are at 111-3 at Tea on day 1. Mayank Agarwal (52*) and Shreyas Iyer (7*) are standing at the crease. NZ spinner Ajaz Patel picked all three wickets.
