New Zealand blank Pakistan 5-0 in ODI series

Wellington, Jan 19 (CRICKETNMORE) - New Zealand whitewashed Pakistan in the five-match One-Day International (ODI) cricket series after registering a 15-run win in the final match at the Basin Reserve here on Friday.
After winning the toss and batting first, opening batsman Martin Guptill (100) scored his 13th century in the ODIs to guide New Zealand to 271 for seven in 50 overs.

Guptill shared a 112-run for the third wicket with former captain Ross Taylor (59), who registered his 42nd fifty.
Guptill got handy support from Colin Munro (34) and Kane Williamson (22). Colin de Grandhomme contributed 29 runs.
