Bangladesh was unmatched against an inexperienced West Indies side in the first game of the series. The batsman didn't have too much to do as they chased down the 122 run target with ease. Captain Tamim Iqbal got a good start but would be disappointed not to finish the game. Shakib al Hasan scored 19 runs off 43 balls. He would be delighted to spend some time in the middle and will look to up his scoring rate in the next matches.
