Murali Vijay scored his seventh hundred in Tests. It was a top class innings full of patience, determination and lot of application. With over 500 on the board, India needed one of their openers to stay long and score big and Vijay has done just that. Vijay had got a couple of fifties in the New Zealand series but this century will give a boost to his career. The last century he scored was against Bangladesh last year.
