For Bangladesh, Subashis Roy took the Indian opener Abhinav Mukund, who scored 16 runs in 31 balls.

Opting to bat first, Bangladesh declared their innings at 224/8 with Mushfiqur Rahim (58) and Soumya Sarkar (52) playing the crucial roles.

Middle-order batsman Sabbir Rahman also contributed with 33 runs in 68 balls.

For the hosts, Aniket Choudhary scalped four wickets for 26 runs while Chama Milind, Vijay Shankar Shahbaz Nadeem and Kuldeep Yadav chipped in with one wicket each.
