India vs England, Semi Final 2, ICC T20 World Cup 2024 Records: The second semifinal was played between India and England at Providence Stadium, Guyana, between India and England. Eventually, it was the Indian cricket team that went on to thrash the England cricket team, which was a one-sided win. A number of records were broken in the IND vs ENG Guyana match. With this, India have secured a place in the final of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
After losing the toss, India batted first and posted a great total of 171/7 in the first inning. Rohit Sharma (57 off 39) and Suryakumar Yadav (47 off 36) played well for India. There were a few more cameos in the middle. Chasing the score, England were totally out of the way. They kept losing their wickets and couldn't keep up the rate. Kuldeep Yadav (3/19) and Axar Patel (3/23) broke the back of English batting. England were bundled out for 103 runs and lost the game. With this defeat, they were out of the tournament.
