April 5 (CRICKETNMORE) - The defending champions Mumbai Indians will take on Chennai Super Kings in the opening match of Indian Premier League 2018 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday.
Chennai Super Kings are making a comeback after serving a two-year suspension and will be hoping to start on a winning note under the leadership of M.S. Dhoni. CSK already have won the league twice under Dhoni's captainship.
On the other hand, Rohit Sharma will be aiming for the 4th title for the team. Past record between the two teams also favours MI who are playing infront of their home crowd.
