Nathan Lyon Reckons Smith or Cummins Are The Best Choices To Be Australian Test Skipper
Veteran Australian spinner Nathan Lyon believes that Steven Smith and pacer Pat Cummins are the best-suited candidates for the leadership roles after the resignation of Tim Paine. Both Cummins and Smith have been interviewed this week by a CA panel that has been specially convened to select Australia's next men's Test captain.
"I think you look at the two guys who have been interviewed by Australia for the two roles, I think they're probably the two best candidates in my eyes," ESPNcricinfo quoted Lyon as saying.
