It looks like the T20 cricket has finally decided to move on from the conventional tactics and has stepped into a new world of creativity. In the past two months, the talks regarding retiring a batter out have gone up which was triggered by Rajasthan Royals' decision to retire out R Ashwin during an IPL game.

Since then, at least one more instance of 'thinking' about using this tactic came in front in IPL when Royal Challengers Bangalore's captain Faf du Plessis talked about using it.
