In the ongoing second test match between India & South Africa at The Wanderers, Johannesburg, Hanuma Vihari was given a place in the team in place of Virat Kohli but Vihari failed to capitalize on this opportunity. Before getting dismissed, Vihari scored 20 runs off 53 balls. However, the delivery which got the better of the batter is in controversy on the internet.
On the 4th ball of the 39th over, being bowled by Rabada, VIhari was adjudged out as Rassie van der Dussen completed the catch. Dussen caught a blinder which even startled Hanuma Vihari. Vihari quietly started walking towards the Pavillion and when the replay was shown on the big screen, one could see that Rabada's foot was just touching the line.
Fans are also calling Vihari unfortunate as the delivery which dismissed him was a no-ball, but neither on-field umpires nor the third umpire noticed. Umpires are getting trolled over social media for the same reason.
While talking about the match, the stand-in captain KL Rahul scored a fabulous fifty but received no support from any of the other batters. For the same reason, India has lost 7 wickets with a score of 183.
