Jos Buttler (Man of the Match) - "It was a comfortable win for us in the end. The partnership with Rashid was crucial and the idea was to counter attack. Credit to Root for the way he batted at the top to set it up. Great game for Rashid and he has great control with the ball."

Morgan - "The guys were outstanding today considering the pressure surrounding them before the series. I am surprised at the way we managed to get going today as international cricket is tough for you to hitting your straps quickly. But credit to the boys especially Joe and Jos who were brilliant with the bat. Rashid was excellent both with bat and ball."

McCullum - "We started well but things changed very quickly. Some good individual performances from England and full credit to them. 400 on any pitch is difficult to get and we couldn't get going."
