March 17 (CRICKETNMORE) - T Bavuma & Q de Kock puts South Africa on top against Kiwis in the Wellington test as the visitors took an important lead of 81 runs at stumps on day two of the second Test at Wellington's Basin Reserve.

South Africa were 349/9 when second days match ended. The visitors had a bad start as they lost 6 wickets for just 94 but 160 runs partnership for the 7th wicket between T Bavuma (89) & Q de Kock (91) not only helped the team to bounce back in the test but also helped in taking the lead.

It was the eighth test half century for de Kock and sixth for Bavuma.
