भारत और बांग्लादेश (IND vs BAN) के बीच बीते शनिवार (1 जून) को वॉर्मअप मैच खेला गया था जो कि इंडियन टीम ने जीता। इस मैच के दौरान इंडियन टीम के स्टार ऑलराउंडर रविंद्र जडेजा (Ravindra Jadeja) अपनी इनिंग की पहली ही बॉल पर स्टंप आउट होते-होते बचे। इसी बीच भारतीय टीम के पूर्व क्रिकेटर संजय मांजरेकर (Sanjay Manjrekar) जो कि मौजूदा समय में टी20 वर्ल्ड कप 2024 में कमेंट्री कर रहे हैं ऐसा कुछ कह गए कि अब सोशल मीडिया पर वो जंगल में लगी आग की तरफ फैल रहा है।
दरअसल, ये घटना इंडियन टीम की इनिंग के 17वें ओवर में घटी। बांग्लादेश के लिए तनवीर इस्लाम बॉलिंग कर रहे थे। इसी ओवर की आखिरी गेंद पर मैदान पर बवाल हुआ। यहां रविंद्र जडेजा बॉल को मिस कर बैठे थे, जिसके बाद विकेटकीपर लिटन दास ने विकेट के पीछे गेंद को लपककर स्टंप को उड़ा दिया।
