However, what caught the public's attention was an unfortunate event where some explicit and inappropriate gestures were shown on the cricket field!

    Chasing a target of 185, Chepauk Super Gillies got off to a good start as openers Kaushik Gandhi & N Jagadeesan added 35 runs in the first 3.3 overs. Baba Aparajith was bowling the 4th over for Nellai Royal Kings where Chepauk captain Kaushik Gandhi was on strike.
