फाफ डु प्लेसिस ने की गांगुली के ‘बिग थ्री’ मॉडल की आलोचना, नहीं चाहते सुपरवनडे सीरीज !
30 दिसंबर। साउथ अफ्रीकी टीम के कप्तान फाफ दू प्लेसिस भारत, आस्ट्रेलिया और इंग्लैंड के बीच प्रस्तावित वनडे सुपर सीरीज के पक्षधर नहीं हैं। प्लेसिस ने इस आइडिया की आलोचना की है।
प्लेसिस ने कहा, "आप आगे देखेंगे कि बिग-3 के बीच होने वाली सीरीज का क्या हश्र होता है। इन तीनों के बीच वैसे ही अधिक मैच खेले जाते हैं। मेरी समझ से इसमें और टीमों को शामिल किया जाए तो बेहतर होगा। मेरा मतलब यह है कि हमें खेल के विकास के बारे में सोचना चाहिए।" प्लेसिस ने यह भी कहा कि टेस्ट बिरादरी में शामिल नई टीमों को अधिक मैच नहीं मिल रहे हैं।
