UAE’s Naveed fined for showing dissent

March 21 (CRICKETNMORE) - United Arab Emirates fast bowler Mohammad Naveed has been fined 15 per cent of his match fee for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct during his side’s Super Six fixture in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2018 against Afghanistan at the Old Hararians on Tuesday.

Naveed was found to have violated Article 2.1.5 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to “showing dissent at an umpire’s decision during an international match”.
