Bengaluru, Sep 17. An upbeat India A will be looking to keep the winning momentum going and clinch the three-match series against Bangladesh A in the second 50-over List A match here on Friday.

In the first match, the visitors were floored by a splendid all-round show by Gurkeerat Singh Mann-led India A to a 96-run win at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Wednesday.

But it was not all smooth sailing for the Indian team as several of its top batsmen, including skipper Unmukt Chand, failed to deliver with the bat.

But the focus will undoubtedly be on senior batter Suresh Raina who is utlising this series as a tune-up for India's upcoming against South Africa.

Raina just managed to score only 16 in the first match as he will be keen to ensure that he is among runs on Friday.

On Wednesday, India A notched up an imposing 322 for 7, after losing the toss, with half-centuries by Mayank Agarwal (56), Sanju Samson (73), Singh (65) and Rishi Dhawan (56 not out).

Gurkeerat then picked up five wickets to help his team fold up Mominul Haque and his men for just 226 in 42.3 overs.

Bangladesh A will need their experienced players like Soumya Sarkar, skipper Mominul, Anamul Haque, and Sabbir Rahman to bat responsibly and cut down on their expansive shots.

India A is expected to name an unchanged side for Friday's match and coach Rahul Dravid will be expecting another strong show from his wards.
