Galle Gladiators is a franchisee in the upcoming edition of the Lanka Premier League(LPL). LPL is scheduled to begin on November 26, 2020.

Galle Gladiators is owned by Nadeem Omar, who also owns PSL team Quetta Gladiators. Gladiators' head coach will be Moin Khan. The team is yet to decide the captain for this season. Shahid Afridi, Colin Ingram, Hazratullah Zazai, Mohammad Amir, Sarfraz Ahmed, and Azam Khan will be the overseas player in the squad.
Galle Gladiators will play their first game against Jaffna Stallions on 27th November 2020.
