Mumbai, Feb 16 (Cricketnmore): India are scheduled to play two warm-up matches against West Indies and South Africa in Kolkata and Mumbai respectively as they gear up to host the eagerly awaited ICC World Twenty20.

India will face West Indies on March 10 at the iconic Eden Gardens, and will take on South Africa on March 12 at the Wankhede Stadium.

Teams taking part in the first round of the World T20 will play their warm-up matches in Dharamsala and Mohali from March 3-6, while sides featuring in the second round will play warm-up matches in Kolkata and Mumbai from March 10-15.

If Afghanistan, Hong Kong or Oman reach the second round of the Asia Cup, then their warm-up matches will be rescheduled accordingly.

The women’s warm-up matches will take place in Bengaluru and Chennai from March 10-14.

March 3: Zimbabwe v local side, HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala, Ireland v Hong Kong, HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala

March 4: Netherlands v local side, Sector-16, Mohali; Scotland v Oman, IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali

March 5: Ireland v Zimbabwe, HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala; Bangladesh v Hong Kong, HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala

March 6: Scotland v Netherlands, Sector-16, Mohali; Oman v Afghanistan, IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali

March 10: New Zealand v Sri Lanka, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. India v West Indies, Eden Gardens, Kolkata

March 12: New Zealand v England, BKC, Mumbai; Pakistan v local side, JU, Kolkata; India v South Africa, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai

March 13: Australia v West Indies, Eden Gardens, Kolkata

March 14: England v local side, BKC, Mumbai. Pakistan v Sri Lanka, Eden Gardens, Kolkata

March 15: South Africa v local side, BKC, Mumbai
