26th August (CRICKETNMORE) - India and West Indies will play 2 T20 matches at the Central Broward Regional Park, Florida on 27th and 28th August 2016. This will be the first time for an Indian side to play an international match on US soil. On the other hand West Indies had played 2 T20I in the past against New Zealand.

Central Broward Regional Park and Stadium is a large county park in Lauderhill, Florida, owned and operated by Broward County. The first organized cricket event held there was a Twenty20 cricket tournament, the Martin Luther King Twenty20 Cricket Tournament (MLK T20), on January 18–20, 2008. Four T20 matches have been played on this ground so far. The first set of international matches were held between New Zealand and Sri Lanka in May 2010. Both the teams won 1 match each.  

In 2012, New Zealand and West Indies played 2 match series. West Indies won the series easily.
