The defending champion, Team India, finished the group stage with three consecutive wins and showed that they are looking to defend their title. After the group stage, the Super Six round will start in the U19 World Cup 2024. Team India will face New Zealand U19 in the first game of the Super Six.

This match will be played on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. IST at the Mangaung Oval, Bloemfontein. New Zealand finished second in Group D behind Pakistan and lost their last game against the Boys in Green by ten wickets.
