Bengal T20 Challenge: Bagan beat EB to seal place in semi-final
In a must-win game for both the teams, traditional rivals Mohun Bagan on Sunday rode on Anurag Tiwary's four-wicket haul and Vivek Singh's quickfire half-century to defeat East Bengal once again in Bengal T20 Challenge at Eden Gardens to make two derby wins in a row and book their place in the semi-finals.
With this 36-run win, Bagan joined Tapan Memorial and Town Club in the semi-finals while the fourth spot is yet to be decided.
