आईसीसी ने ताजा टेस्ट रैंकिंग्स जारी कर दी है जिसमें भारतीय विकेटकीपर बल्लेबाज़ ऋषभ पंत (Rishabh Pant) को खूब फायदा मिला है। उन्होंने हाल में न्यूजीलैंड के खिलाफ बेंगलुरु टेस्ट में टीम इंडिया के लिए 99 रनों की शानदार पारी खेली थी जिसके बाद अब वो टेस्ट रैंकिंग्स में विराट कोहली (Virat Kohli) को पछाड़कर छठे पायदान पर पहुंच गए हैं।
जी हां, ऐसा ही हुआ है। ऋषभ पंत ताजा टेस्ट रैंकिंग्स के अनुसार 745 रैटिंग पॉइंट्स के साथ छठे पायदान पर हैं। वहीं बात करें अगर विराट कोहली की तो उन्हें एक पायदान का नुकसान उठाना पड़ा है और वो 720 रैटिंग पॉइंट्स के साथ आठवें पायदान पर खिसक गए हैं। गौरतलब है कि टॉप-5 में सिर्फ एक ही भारतीय बल्लेबाज़ मौजूदा है जो कि टीम इंडिया के यंग ओपनर बैटर यशस्वी जायसवाल हैं।
