साउथ अफ्रीका के इस दिग्गज खिलाड़ी ने की संन्यास की घोषणा,इंग्लैंड के खिलाफ खेलेगा आखिरी सीरीज

23 दिसंबर,नई दिल्ली। साउथ अफ्रीका के गेंदबाजी ऑलराउंडर वर्नोन फिलेंडर ने इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट के संन्यास की घोषणा कर दी है। इंग्लैंड के खिलाफ साउथ अफ्रीका में ही खेली जाने वाली टेस्ट सीरीज के बाद वह इंटरनेशऩल क्रिकेट को अलविदा कह देंगे। फिलेंडर ने तीनों फॉर्मेट को मिलाकर साउथ अफ्रीका के लिए कुल 97 मैच खेले थे।

34 साल के फिलेंडर ने 2007 में साउथ अफ्रीका के लिए वनडे क्रिकेट में डेब्यू किया था लेकिन 12 साल के अंदर वह सिर्फ 30 मैच ही इस फॉर्मेट में खेल सके। वहीं टी-20 इंटरनेशनल की बात की जाए तो वह अपने देश के लिए सिर्फ 7 मैच खेले।
