NZ vs IND: World's #1 T20I batter, Suryakumar Yadav, smashed his 2nd T20I ton as he powered India to 191/6 against New Zealand in the 2nd T20I. Suryakumar maintained a tremendous strike rate of 217.65 in his 51-ball stay at the crease.
In an interesting combination, two left-handers – Ishan Kishan and Rishabh Pant opened the innings for team India. Rishabh Pant smacked a boundary on the 2nd ball he faced but still managed only 6 runs off 13 balls before he was dismissed in the 6th over.
Ishan Kishan on the other hand started off cautiously but slowly got into the grove as he scored 36 runs in 31 balls with 5 fours & a six. Suryakumar Yadav came out to bat at #3 and after a slow start, Suryakumar changed gears as he smashed the bowlers all around the park. Shreyas Iyer started his innings off with a boundary but was dismissed via hit wicket.
