RR Contains DC To 184/8, Archer Takes 3 Wickets

Rajasthan Royals(RR) had a disciplined outing with the ball as they contained Delhi Capitals(DC) to 184/8 in the first innings. 

Earlier, RR captain Steve Smith opted to bowl first in Sharjah. His decision to bowl turned out to be a good one as DC lost 3 wickets inside the powerplay and scored 51 runs.

After losing Shikhar Dhawan in the second over, Prithvi Shaw(19) and Shreyas Iyer(22) paired to make use of the fielding restrictions. Both the batsmen got out in quick succession before the powerplay got over. 

Marcus Stoinis(39) and Shimron Hetmyer(45) played fighting knocks to make sure Delhi got to a fighting total. Stoinis smashed four sixes in his innings while Hetmyer hit five. 

For RR, Jofra Archer was the pick of the bowlers picking three wickets in his four overs and conceding only 24 runs.
