New Delhi, July 27 -  The South African cricket team, currently in Bangladesh, will tour India from September to December to play three Twenty20 Internationals, five One-Day Internationals (ODI) and four Tests.

The 70-day tour will commence with a T20 practice match in New Delhi on September 29 followed by three T20Is on October 2, 5 and 8 at Dharamsala, Cuttack and Kolkata respectively, announced the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday.

This will be followed by 5 ODIs on October 11, 14, 18, 22 and 25 at Kanpur, Indore, Rajkot, Chennai and Mumbai.

After the completion of the limited overs series, the tourists will then play a two-day contest against Board President's XI in Mumbai on October 30 and 31 to prepare for the Tests.

The Test series will commence on November 5 with the first match at Mohali till November 9. Bengaluru will host the second Test from November 14 to 18 and Nagpur the third from November 25 to 29. The final Test will be played in the national capital from December 3 to 7.
