"Anguished over unfortunate incident at Barabati T20 yesterday. Directed OCA and police to prevent recurrence in future. Home Secy to enquire," Patnaik tweeted.

On Monday, the T20 match between India and South Africa was disrupted twice as angry spectators, disappointed with India's dismal performance, hurled water bottles into the ground.
