Opener Mayank Agarwal got out after scoring 60 runs while KL Rahul remained unbeaten on 122. However, Virat Kohli would be ecstatic with himself as he yet again gifted his wicket after getting a good start.

In the 69th over of the match, being bowled by South African's sole wicket-taker of the day Lungi Ngidi, the bowler bowled the second delivery way outside off stump and short of length. The delivery was so far outside off that it'd have been given a wide ball in limited-overs cricket.
