Defending champions Tamil Nadu thrashed Hyderabad by eight wickets to enter their third straight final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy here at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Saturday.

The win was set up by pacer P Saravana Kumar claiming a sensational five-wicket haul. Kumar's figures of 5/21 meant that Hyderabad were bowled out for just 90. In reply, Tamil Nadu chased down the target with eight wickets and 46 balls remaining.
