Indian Premier League: Punjab Kings (PBKS) officially started their preparations for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season with their first pre-season camp in Udaipur, held from January 16 to 20. The five-day session featured a blend of experienced players and promising young talent.
Key squad members attended the camp, including IPL’s top wicket-taker Yuzvendra Chahal and middle-order batter Shashank Singh. They were joined by promising young players such as Priyansh Arya, Pyla Avinash, Suryansh Shedge, Vishal Nishad, and Pravin Dubey. The management emphasised team bonding and clarified roles in preparation for the upcoming season.
Shashank, recently recovered from a minor injury, highlighted the camp's importance for reconnecting with teammates and welcoming new members.
