मैच के दौरान तमीम इकबाल को आया हार्ट अटैक
ODI World Cup: ढाका प्रीमियर डिविजन क्रिकेट लीग (डीपीएल) में मोहम्मडन स्पोर्टिंग क्लब और शाइनपुकुर क्रिकेट क्लब के बीच खेले गए मैच के दौरान बांग्लादेश के पूर्व कप्तान तमीम इकबाल को हार्ट अटैक आ गया, जिसके बाद उनकी आपातकालीन एंजियोप्लास्टी हुई।
मैच रेफरी देबब्रत पॉल ने बताया कि मोहम्मडन की कप्तानी कर रहे तमीम ने पहली पारी के दौरान सिर्फ एक ओवर की फील्डिंग की। सीने में तकलीफ होने के चलते तमीम मैदान से बाहर चले गए और उन्होंने सीधा केपीजे अस्पताल का रुख किया।
चिकित्सकों से परामर्श के बाद एयर एंबुलेंस के जरिए उन्होंने अन्य अस्पताल जाने के लिए वापस मैदान का रुख किया। लेकिन कुछ जटिलताओं के कारण वह अन्य अस्पताल का रुख नहीं कर पाए। चिकित्सकों के अनुसार उन्हें फिर नाज़ुक हालत में उसी अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां उनकी धमनियों में ब्लॉकेज की पुष्टि हुई।
