BGT In Australia Going To Be A Great Series, Says Matthew Hayden

CEAT Cricket Rating Awards: Former Australia opener Matthew Hayden said this year’s five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy, starting from November 22 in Perth, has all the makings of a great and unbelievable series.

Australia have not won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in their backyard since 2014/15, as India prevailed over them in 2018/19 and 2020/21 series. For this year, the series has been expanded to five Test matches to be hosted by Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney from November 22 to January 7, 2025.

Quite A Busy Time Coming Up, Says Kane Williamson Ahead Of Hectic Test Cricket Schedule

The Boxing Day Test: New Zealand men’s batter Kane Williamson has acknowledged that the Black Caps have a busy time coming up in the 2024/25 international season, which sees them play nine Test matches. After an opening round T20 World Cup exit in the West Indies in June, New Zealand will be back into international action when they face Afghanistan in a one-off Test at Greater Noida on September 5, followed by playing two Tests in Sri Lanka.
