Chasing down huge totals in the fourth innings in style, England whitewashed World Test Champions New Zealand in the 3-match series. In the final test against India, England yet again showed the same temperament as England etched an opening partnership of 100+ runs while chasing 378 runs.
England openers Alex Lees and Zak Crawley gave the perfect start a team needs to chase down a huge total. Both of them looked comfortable as they easily tackled the Indian bowling. After Alex Lees completed his fifty, Zak Crawley was also moving towards his fifty. However, an early new ball and Bumrah's return to attack spoilt the youngster's hopes.
