WTC Points Table: Australia continued their dominance at home as they thrashed South Africa by an innings and 182 runs, winning a home series against the Proteas after a long time. David Warner was the star of the match as he snapped back into form in his 100th Test match.
After opting to bowl first, the Pat Cummins-led Australian side exploited the weak South African batting lineup, bundling them out for 204 runs. In reply, David Warner scored 200 runs while Alex Carey scored 111 runs. Steve Smith scored 85 runs while Travis Head and Cameron Green registered 51 runs each.
