Tajinderpal Singh Toor: Punjab’s 31 years old seasoned thrower dominated the men's shot put at the fifth-leg of the Indian Athletics Series in Sangrur, Punjab on Saturday. His best throw was 19.97m.
Asian Games champion in men’s shot put, Tajinderpal Singh Toor, is gearing up for upcoming major domestic competition later this month in Ranchi.
“Main goal this season is to peak in major international meets,” says the national record holder.
