Gujarat's RRU To Host 4th National Armwrestling And Para Armwrestling Championship

General Secretary Rajender Singh Parmar: More than 2,000 athletes from 27 states are expected to participate in the fourth National Armwrestling and Para Armwrestling Championship 2026 at Gujarat's Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), making it the largest edition of the national event so far, officials said.

Officials on Friday added that this is the first time the championship will be hosted on the university's campus at Lavad in Gandhinagar.

The championship will be organised jointly by the People's Armwrestling Federation India (PAFI), the Armwrestling Federation of Gujarat and RRU from May 29 to June 2.
