Golf: Honey, Shubham Dominate The Inaugural PGTI's 72 The League Auction

SECL Chhattisgarh Open Golf Championship: Top player Honey Baisoya emerged the top buy with 20.5 lakh, while 16-year-old Kartik Singh was the youngest buy in the player auction for the first edition of PGTI's 72 The League got off to a cracking start in New Delhi with top Indian golfers going under the hammer on Monday.
USA's Jhared Hack, the most expensive foreign buy at Rs 15.80 lakh in the auction, featured a total of six city-based franchises, each with a purse of Rs 1 crore, looking to pick a squad of ten professionals.
The six teams that were part of the auction were Delhi-based Capital Lancers, Hyderabad's Charminar Champions, Kolkata Classics, Mumbai Aces, Rajasthan Regals, and UP Prometheans.
