9th Junior And 11th Senior National Rugby 7s Championship To Begin On June 19
The championship starts with the junior U/18 girls' leg, slated to be played on June 19 and 20 followed by the U/18 boys on June 25 and 26. The senior category for the men will be held over June 29-30, followed by the women who will play between July 3 and 4 at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex Stadium in Balewadi, Pune.
"The year 2024 is an important one for Indian Rugby. The composition of our Indian National teams that shall compete at the Asian frontier this year shall be forged from the player pool identified at these national championships. Rugby India is delighted to host the nationals at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex Stadium.
