Egyptian Hamza Abdelkarim: Spanish La Liga champion FC Barcelona announced on Friday that they have reached an agreement for the 18-year-old Egyptian international striker Hamza Abdelkarim to sign a new contract until the end of June 2030.

The news, published on the club's website, comes only months after Barcelona made Abdelkarim's move to the Camp Nou permanent after he initially joined on loan from Egyptian team Al-Ahly.

The player formed part of Egypt's squad at the 2026 World Cup, where he became the youngest Egyptian player to ever feature at the tournament.
