Guru Sai Dutt: India badminton coach Gurusaidutt heaped praise on the men's team for the bronze medal win at the ongoing Asian Games 2026 and emphasised that the players and fans should celebrate the bronze medal win rather than regret a semifinal loss against mighty China.

He added that this bronze medal will give the Indian shuttlers the much-needed confidence ahead of the individual events.

"This medal is very important for us as a team. Going forward for individuals, this medal will give a lot of confidence for the players to take the momentum towards the individual events," Gurusaidutt told IANS.
