Nagoya City Inae Sports Centre: President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday congratulated Indian boxers Kapil Pokhariya and wrestler Sunil Kumar after they secured bronze medals at the Asian Games 2026.

Kapil claimed the bronze medal in the men’s 90 kg boxing event after losing 1-4 to reigning world champion Turabek Khabibullaev of Uzbekistan in the semifinal.
