Aus Open: Carlos Alcaraz advanced past Nuno Borges 6-2, 6-4, 6-7(3), 6-2, delivering a swift and emphatic response after dropping his first set of the tournament, to enter the fourth round of the Australian Open for the second time in four appearances here on Friday.

The Spaniard is bidding to become the youngest player to complete the career Grand Slam in men's singles history. Moreover, the 21-year-old Alcaraz can become the youngest champion at the hard-court major since Novak Djokovic (20) in 2008, according to ATP stats.
