US Open: Rybakina Rallies Past Gauff, Sets Sabalenka Showdown In Final
Arthur Ashe Stadium: Elena Rybakina battled back from a set down to defeat Coco Gauff in the US Open women's singles semifinals, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 here ar Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Gauff captured the first set with the help of a lone break in the sixth game and held serve to take it 6-3. Rybakina went ahead early in the second, breaking in the fourth game to build a 4-1 lead.
Although Gauff fought back to level the set at 4-4, Rybakina broke again in the 10th game to win the set 6-4 and force a decider.
