IND vs SA: Virat Kohli, a team-man, a player who plays only to win, without personal milestones in mind. The ace batter proved his spirit yet again as he sacrificed his 34th T20I fifty, and asked India's prime finisher Dinesh Karthik to continue the onslaught in the 20th over.

After being put in to bat first, India were off to a great start with a 96-run partnership between openers Rohit Sharma & KL Rahul. Skipper Rohit was dismissed after scoring 43 runs while KL Rahul smashed 57 runs off 28 balls with 5 fours & 4 sixes. Suryakumar continued the thunderous batting as he smashed 61 runs off 22 balls with 5 fours & 5 sixes.

Kohli, who played the anchor to shining Surya, switched gears in the last three overs. After scoring 18 runs in his first 14 balls, Virat Kohli extended his score to 49 runs off 28 balls at the end of the 19th over. Dinesh Karthik, who had played just 1 ball in the match, was on strike for the last over.

Kagiso Rabada came on to bowl the 20th over and the first ball produced no run. DK smacked a four on the 2nd ball. The third delivery was again a dot bowl followed by a wide delivery. DK then smacked a six on the fourth delivery, and as he went towards Kohli after the maximum, the ace batter was seen telling Karthik to continue smacking regardless of him being stuck at 49*.
