In the 37th over of the innings, Warner was playing on 60. Mark Wood was bowling with a short leg - Haseeb Hameed. Wood bowled a leg-stump half-volley which Warner flicked but Hameed was quick enough to collect it.

Warner didn't expect that and was looking for a quick run but as soon as he realized that the ball was with Hameed he turned and dived. While diving, Warner's bat reached the crease but he couldn't and was struggling to crawl back to the crease.
